The Mountain Rider Program is split into three tiers Rook (Beginner level), Am (Intermediate level) and Pro (Advanced level), this tiered system is designed to make it approachable for all levels of fitness and ability. With the help of your coach you can find the right entry level for you and each program can be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
So you don’t have to overthink or figure out what to do and when, we’ve packed everything into simple app-driven follow-along programs, complete with step-by-step videos that will take you through your weekly workouts and routines, that you can set up to fit into your schedule, so all you have to do is show up and follow the steps.
As you go, you’ll learn everything you need to know: improving your fitness, understanding how to look after yourself as a snowsports athlete, staying fit and ready for your sport.
It takes 6-8 weeks to see tangible results in any program. All levels of the Wave Rider program (Rook, Am and Pro) take eight weeks to complete and see the full benefits. However, you can expect to start feeling the difference in the first week.
